What is your return policy?
Our return policy is for 30 DAYS only. Unfortunately, if 30 DAYS has gone by since receiving the package, we will not be able to offer a refund.
What if I am within the 30 DAY period?
If it is within the 30 DAY period, to be eligible, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (which is in original packaging). To complete a return, proof of purchase is required. Return shipping is to be paid by the buyer.

What happens after I return the item?
Once your item is received, we will send you a notification via email with the approval of your return. Only then will your refund be processed and credited back to you in the original form of payment.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Once a refund is processed, the time that you receive your refund will depend on your bank's processing time for receiving returns.
It has been a reasonable amount of time and I haven't received my refund yet, why is that?
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account first to see if the refund has posted. If it has not posted please contact the bank or credit card company you used to see if a refund is processing to post to your account. If you have contacted your bank and credit card company to no avail, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
